The Growth Mindset

In the second month of the year, many people who had set out goals to improve their health have thrown in the towel and given up. Most times, it is due to not setting realistic and reachable objectives; other times, it is due to not having the discipline and determination to prioritize why you need to change to optimize your health.

The growth mindset takes willpower and determination to transform your limiting beliefs into one that can conquer anything you set your mind to doing. This mindset takes work. You'll experience discomfort, doubt, and tears during the transformative period; please know there is always a rainbow after the storm. Keep going, keep pushing, and don't let limiting beliefs keep you from your blessings and your vision of your future. Trusting the process, having a clear, executable plan, and leaning into the discomfort with action are steps needed to move you forward.

I admire Olympian Simone Biles, who displays hard work and determination. She couldn't be the G.O.A.T. if she had an ounce of doubt that she couldn't perform to her fullest potential. During her transformation to become an Olympian, she faced many falls, bumps, and bruises, but she dusted herself off, learned from her experience, and kept pushing forward with hard work to reach her goal.

Although we are not training to become Olympians, some of us are working on becoming the best version of ourselves. This task is not easy but reachable when we shift our mindsets. We all need coaching, support, and guidance to create the life we deserve. I want to collaborate with you to help you see what is possible.
